You bring up some good points, but I would present it this way.
Ricardo stayed to the end of his contract which is admirable, but i'm
not sure he had a choice professionally if he was looking to get a
decent job at the end of the year. The real issue I see is that I
don't think many feel that he gave it his all for "the full 40
minutes" if you know what I mean.
Just my $.02.
