I agree...I always thought that it was a horrible accident...I felt
bad for the band manager that went to jail. It's not like he set out
to kill people...he set out to entertain them.

I believe there are some cases that people deserve to receive monetary
damages if something that caused injury/death was proven by evidence
that someone was responsible because of purposely causing some
tragedy, but in this case, I don't think anyone set out to hurt
anyone...after all, if I remember correctly, one of their own band
members also died.
