Message:
We need a Congress that can agree and pass some kind of legislation
that is fair to everyone and a President bold enough to sign it into
law...as I said, in extreme emergencies everyone should be entitled to
care. But to cross the border routinely to have children, not only at
no cost, but in order to insure citizenship means the system is out of
whack.
