Darryl Issa was just on CNN talking about a "guest worker" program.
So that people here working and are law abiding could be allowed to
stay under certain rules, etc. Except his party will not even discuss
any immigration reform if Obama doesn't jump through the hoops they
put out which is that they will do nothing until the borders are
secured. Knowing full well, obviously, the border is almost
impossible to secure otherwise it would have been by now.
Also...I heard yesterday that the fence was actually completed and the
portion that is not fenced was part of the plan to utilize a "virtual"
fence which has been implemented and which is patrolled and guarded.
Obviously there are holes in both of these fences and the real
criminals and drug cartels know how to get around it.
