Teams with two superstars have been around forever (Jordan/Pippin,
Bird/Mccale, Magic/Kareem, Shaq/Kobe, Shaq/Wade, Duncun/Parker,
Malone/Erving, etc)but they all had real solid starters around them,
Three superstars (and their contracts) leaves very little money for
the supporting cast. It is a long season and the lack of depth
could hurt the Heat considerably. If one of the big three is out
for an extended time with an injury, you end up playing your two
reamaining superstars and a bunch of guys that would be 8th-9th 10th
men on any other team.
I am very curious to see how this works out. I wouldnt hand any
rings to the heat just yet. This thing could blow up and fail just
as easily as it could end up working
